By creating an account, browsing the website, or using the TailorFit app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and End User License Agreement. If you are using TailorFit on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

TailorFit is a digital tailoring and boutique management platform that allows tailors, boutiques, and fashion designers to:

• Store and manage customer measurements digitally
• Create and track orders and deliveries
• Manage customer records and communication
• Track payments, invoices, and billing
• Manage staff, inventory, and business reports

We may add, modify, or remove features at any time to improve the service.

3. Account Registration

To use TailorFit, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

TailorFit is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access due to your failure to secure your account credentials.

4. Subscription & Payments

Certain features of TailorFit may require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase
• Provide accurate billing information
• Renewal terms and cancellation policies communicated on our pricing page

Fees, once paid, are generally non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. TailorFit reserves the right to change subscription pricing with prior notice to users.

5. User Responsibilities

As a user of TailorFit, you agree to:

• Use the platform only for lawful tailoring and boutique business purposes
• Enter accurate customer, order, and measurement data
• Obtain any necessary consent from your customers before storing their personal data on TailorFit
• Keep your device and app updated for security and functionality

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use TailorFit to:

• Upload or store unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the app's servers or networks
• Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the software without authorization
• Use the platform to harass, defraud, or harm any third party

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, software code, and design elements on TailorFit.app are the exclusive property of TailorFit Technologies. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our branding, trademarks, or proprietary technology without prior written consent.

Data you enter into the platform (such as customer measurements and order details) remains your property; TailorFit only processes and stores it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to TailorFit if:

• You violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use policy
• Your subscription fees remain unpaid
• We are required to do so by law

You may also stop using TailorFit and close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately, and associated data may be deleted in accordance with our Data Storage Policy.

9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

TailorFit is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TailorFit Technologies shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Data loss caused by user error, device failure, or internet connectivity issues

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. Continued use of TailorFit after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of TailorFit.app shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
