Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains the terms under which payments made for TailorFit.app services may be refunded. Please read carefully before making a purchase.

1. Overview

TailorFit.app is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that provides digital tools for tailors, boutiques, and stitching service providers to manage their business operations.

Due to the digital nature of the service, refunds are limited and subject to the conditions described in this policy.

2. Free Plan

TailorFit currently offers a free or low-cost introductory plan for early users. Since free services involve no payment, refund policies do not apply to the free version.

3. Paid Subscriptions

If a user purchases a paid subscription or upgrade, the following refund conditions apply.

Eligible Refund Period: Users may request a refund within 7 days of the initial purchase.

Refund requests within this period are eligible only if:

  • The software is not functioning as described
  • A technical issue prevents usage
  • The service cannot be activated

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • User changes their mind after purchase
  • User does not use the software
  • User lacks technical knowledge to operate the system
  • Business performance expectations are not met
  • Subscription renewal payments

5. Subscription Renewal

All subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Renewal payments are non-refundable. Users are responsible for cancelling their subscription before the next billing cycle if they do not wish to continue.

6. Cancellation

Users may cancel their subscription at any time. However:

  • The account will remain active until the end of the billing period
  • No partial refunds will be issued for unused days in the billing cycle

7. Exceptional Refund Cases

TailorFit may grant refunds in special cases such as:

  • Duplicate payments
  • Billing errors
  • Platform service failure

Such refunds are provided at the sole discretion of TailorFit management.

8. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used during purchase.

  • Registered email address
  • Payment receipt or transaction ID
  • Reason for refund request
