End User License Agreement

1. License Grant

TailorFit grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for managing tailoring business operations.

This license allows users to:

• Manage tailoring orders
• Store customer measurements
• Track payments and deliveries
• Access reports and analytics

2. License Restrictions

Users may NOT:

• Copy the software
• Modify the source code
• Reverse engineer the application
• Resell or redistribute the software
• Use the platform for illegal activities

Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate license termination and legal action.

3. Ownership

TailorFit Technologies retains all intellectual property rights including:

• Software code
• Design and user interface
• Database structure
• Branding and trademarks
• Algorithms and logic

Users are granted usage rights only, not ownership of the software or any of its components.

4. Updates and Upgrades

TailorFit may release feature updates, security updates, and system upgrades from time to time. Some upgrades may require additional payment or a higher subscription plan. Users will be notified in advance before any paid upgrade is required.

5. Data Responsibility

Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining the accuracy of their data
• Ensuring proper backup of critical information
• Managing customer information ethically and lawfully

TailorFit is not responsible for data loss caused by:

• User actions or errors
• Device damage
• Internet or connectivity failures

6. Termination

This license may be terminated if:

• The user violates this agreement
• Illegal activity is detected
• Subscription fees remain unpaid

Upon termination, the user must immediately stop using the software. Any data associated with a terminated account may be permanently deleted.

7. Limitation of Liability

TailorFit shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits or revenue
• Business interruptions
• Data loss
• Indirect or consequential damages

The software is provided "as is" without guarantees of specific business outcomes. TailorFit makes no warranties, expressed or implied, beyond what is described in this agreement.

8. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of TailorFit.app shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
