All TailorFit data is stored on secure cloud servers managed by TailorFit or its hosting partners. These servers store:

• Customer measurements
• Orders
• Business reports
• User account details

2. Data Backup

To ensure reliability and prevent data loss, we maintain:

• Regular automated backups
• Secure server storage
• Disaster recovery procedures

While we take every precaution, users are also advised to maintain their own backup records of critical business data.

3. Data Access

Data access is strictly limited to:

• The registered user
• Authorized TailorFit technical staff (only when required for support)

We do not access or use your business data without permission, except for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues reported by you.

4. Data Security

TailorFit implements industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including:

• Firewall protection
• Database security
• Role-based access control
• Secure login authentication
• Encrypted connections (HTTPS)

However, no system is 100% secure. TailorFit is not liable for data breaches resulting from factors outside our reasonable control.

5. Data Retention

User data will be stored as long as:

• The account remains active
• The user continues to use TailorFit services

Inactive accounts may be archived or deleted after extended periods of inactivity. Users may request deletion of their account and associated data by contacting our support team at support@tailorfit.app. Deleted accounts may take 7–30 days for complete removal from backup systems.
